  • WHAT RESTRICTIONS ARE IN PLACE FOR COVID-19?

    At this time, Covid-19 requirements for entry will be determined by the performing artist(s), promoter, or artist management, and can be reinstated for any show. We will follow all state and local Covid-19 guidelines in place at the time of the performance. All policies are subject to change. All sales are final, no refunds permitted. Please read all show-specific requirements carefully at the point-of-purchase. We appreciate your understanding and support as we continue to navigate this constantly changing situation. Policy is subject to change based on State mandates and CDC Recommendations. ***COVID-19 WARNING: An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any place where people gather. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. You assume all risks, hazards, and dangers arising from or relating in any way to the risk of contracting COVID-19 or any other communicable disease or illness, or a bacteria, virus or other pathogen capable of causing a communicable disease or illness, whether occurring before, during, or after the event, however caused or contracted, and voluntarily waive all claims and potential claims against Doug Fir Lounge, and its affiliated companies relating to such risks. You expressly agree to comply with all Federal, State, and Local laws, ordinances, regulations, and the rules of the Doug Fir Lounge and its affiliated companies when attending the event.

  • WHAT FORMS OF ID ARE ACCEPTED AT THE DOUG FIR?

    By Oregon law, a valid issued United States drivers license (with photograph) or ID card, a valid military ID, or a valid passport. Oregon Liquor Control Commission law states that no foreign drivers license will be permitted. If you are visiting Doug Fir from another country you must present your passport for entry. Please remember, regardless of age, you may be asked for valid identification to enter the building. For more information please see our ID Policies

  • ARE MINORS ALLOWED IN THE LOUNGE FOR SHOWS?

    Generally, no. If an all ages show is announced, it will be an afternoon matinee. However, a majority of the time, Doug Fir is a 21+ event space.

  • WHERE CAN I PURCHASE TICKETS?

    Advanced tickets may be purchased from our website through Eventbrite, or at our box office, any day we have a scheduled show. Typically, the box office opens at 7:30pm, a half hour before doors for the day’s event. Please reference our website to double check that day’s event time, just to be certain.

  • I HAVE TICKETS ON WILL CALL & I WOULD LIKE TO CHANGE THE NAME FOR PICK UP. HOW DO I DO THIS?

    All name changes must be done through point of purchase. If you ordered your tickets online, please contact Eventbrite. Their customer service number (877)435-9849

  • IF THE ADVANCED TICKETS FOR THE SHOW ARE SOLD OUT, WILL TICKETS BE RELEASED DAY OF SHOW?

    As capacity permits, we will occasionally release a limited amount of tickets on the day of show, when the box office opens. The amount of tickets released depends on different variables, and we never know until moments before the box office opens. Plan on arriving early & be prepared to wait in line.

  • CAN I MAKE A RESERVATION FOR THE DINING ROOM?

    We accept reservations for Dinner, and Weekend Brunch. For parties of 6 or more at any time, we certainly appreciate a call ahead. We will do our best to accommodate you & your party. Please remember, parties of 6 or more will be presented 1 check & a 20% gratuity will be added. It’s always a good idea to remind your guests to bring cash.

  • CAN I BRING A MINOR INTO THE ESTABLISHMENT?

    From 7am-3pm, & again from 5pm-10pm, minors are allowed in our dining room.

  • WHAT IS THE PHOTO POLICY FOR SHOWS?

    No flash photography. Photography is only permitted during the first 3 songs of each set. If you would like us to share some of your photos on Instagram, feel free to send them to rochelle@dougfirlounge.com with your handle for photo credit. If a band has their own photo policy for their show, this will override our house policy. Please check with the venue on the day of show to see if there is a band photo policy in place.

  • WHAT IS THE BACKPACK/BAG POLICY FOR SHOWS?

    All bags entering Doug Fir Lounge are subject to search. Large bags (backpacks, messenger bags, luggage, etc.) are prohibited.

  • IS THE VENUE ADA ACCESSIBLE?

  • ARE SERVICE ANIMALS ALLOWED?

    Service animals are allowed at Doug Fir. Under the ADA, a service animal is defined as a dog that has been individually trained to do work or perform tasks for an individual with a disability. The task(s) performed by the dog must be directly related to the person’s disability. The ADA requires that service animals be under the control of the handler at all times.
