In the heart of Central Eastside Portland, Doug Fir offers multiple different event spaces, exceptional catering, and a creative bar program. Based on availability, you may rent the Lounge located downstairs, or the Fireplace Room or Horseshoe booth, which are both located in our South Bar area. We also offer rentals of our Patio, Fire Pit and Back Porch areas. Work with our in-house Chefs to create fresh and seasonal menus, and enjoy our modern bar program with culinary and molecular twists. We have the makings of a great event all under one roof. We’d love to show you around and help you plan your party!

Our Lounge is a truly unique and memorable space to host your private event; featuring a stage that has seen national talent such as The Shins, Fleet Foxes, Vampire Weekend and Hot Chip. Come celebrate in a space that has hosted such talent and be a part of an exclusive Portland experience. Availability is always based on the Doug Fir Lounge show calendar, so please do reach out to us ahead of time.

Included in the rental:
Catering servers, bartenders and support staff, and a professional sound technician for the duration of the event. Four banquet tables with linens, chairs, china, flatware, and serviceware for up to 100 people.

The Horseshoe

The Horseshoe is the perfect way to guarantee a spot for you and your guests in the bar on busy nights.

This beautiful outdoor space offers a rustic feel with the exterior logs, bamboo wall and fire pits. It is ideal for wedding receptions, birthdays, company parties, and bridal or baby showers. Keep the custom-made wooden bench seating or create your own floor plan. This space even has a photobooth available!

Tucked in our back patio, you’ll have a semi private area separated by a natural wall of bamboo. On a clear evening you’ll even get sunset views.

Choose from our seasonally inspired menus including appetizers, platters, breakfast, lunch or dinner. We can also develop a custom menu to meet the needs and parameters for your special event. We look forward to working with you!

- Location On site at one of our many Doug Fir Lounge locations or next door in a Jupiter Hotel Event Space
